Shauna Hernandez is the daughter of Doug and Mary Valdez – owners of You WIN Realty. Wanting to raise a family where principles and integrity take priority, her family moved to Sheridan from South Tahoe, California when she was less than a year old.
She graduated from Big Horn High School where she excelled academically, participated in multiple sports, and took on leadership roles in the many clubs she was a part of. She graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Political Science.
While attending college, she began working as an independent contractor for the Southwestern Company. Not only did she manage her own business successfully, but she relocated seasonally, cold-called on family’s on average 82 hours per week, helped manage her peers, and maintained her personal sales production enough to be one of their top producers 3 years consecutively. She talked with over 9,000 families, helping them with their children’s educational needs.
